Working together, with the person at the centre

We understand that families, carers and support coordinators may play an important role in helping a person explore support options.

Our intended approach

Clear communication, with consent

With the participant’s consent and in accordance with privacy requirements, our intended approach is to communicate clearly, discuss practical arrangements and keep relevant people informed.

The person comes first. The participant’s rights, preferences and decisions should remain central to any discussion or planning.

Let’s stay connected

Supporting someone to explore options?

We welcome general enquiries from people with disability, families, carers and support professionals.

Submitting an enquiry does not create a service booking or guarantee that support can be provided.
