How we intend to work
Six principles shaping our service
Respect for rights
We aim to respect each person’s dignity, privacy, culture, identity and right to make decisions.
Choice and control
We aim to involve participants in decisions about their support and communicate in ways that work for them.
Safe support
We will establish processes to identify, assess and manage risks and ensure workers are suitable and capable for their roles.
Privacy and confidentiality
We will handle personal information responsibly and explain how it is collected, used, stored and shared.
Feedback and complaints
We want people to be able to raise questions, concerns or complaints without fear of unfair treatment.
Continuous improvement
We intend to use feedback, incident information and reviews to improve our systems and practices.

Your voice matters
Questions and feedback are always welcome
As we prepare our services, we welcome questions, ideas and feedback about our planned approach. You can raise a question or concern at any time.
Let’s stay connected
Have a question about our planned services?
We welcome general enquiries from people with disability, families, carers and support professionals.
Submitting an enquiry does not create a service booking or guarantee that support can be provided.
